The City of Aledo, Illinois respectfully requests proposals for qualified developers who are interested in acquiring, by purchase or lease, certain real estate located within the Aledo Central Area Development Project Area, commonly known as Progress Park Lot 9 (approximately 2.7 acres) and Progress Park Lot 10 (approximately 3.5 acres). Both lots are currently vacant. Said real estate is legally described as follows ( the "Subject Property"): Lot 9 and Lot 10 of Progress Park, 2nd Addition, City of Aledo, Mercer County, Illinois. Property ID# 10-10-21-204-019 (Lot 9) and 10-10-21-201-022 (Lot 10). All interested parties should submit proposals to the Aledo City Clerk, and all such proposals should identify the terms and conditions of the proposed purchase or lease of the Subject Property, any TIF incentives sought by the developer, the proposed use(s) of the Subject Property by the developer, and information as to the anticipated sales tax and property taxes that will be generated.
