Description:
Notice to Bidders the City of Aledo will receive bids until September 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM for its Fall 2020 Tree Maintenance Program, at which time the bids shall be opened and publicly read.  Bid packets can be obtained at City Hall located at 120 N College Ave, Aledo, IL 61231.  
Please note the following:
  • Stump grinding to be included in the price.  City will remove grindings, back-fill, and seed.
  • Spoils to be taken to the landscape waste site, and separated accordingly.
  • Work must be completed by November 6, 2020.  Billing to be presented to the Finance Department by November 10, 2020
The successful bidder will be required to be registered and provide proper insurance.  The Prevailing Wage Act is not applicable to bid request.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
